Warm & Cool therapy:
For heating, they can be warmed in the oven (not suitable for microwave). For cooling, they can be placed in the fridge or freezer.
Heating:
Oven: Spelt husk pillows can be warmed in the oven at a low temperature (e.g., 75°C for 2-3 minutes).
Heater: They can also be warmed on a radiator.
Important: Never heat a spelt husk pillow in the microwave due to fire risk.
Always follow recommended heating instructions and avoid microwaving
Cooling:
Fridge: Place the pillow in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Freezer: You can also place it in the freezer. It's recommended to wrap it in a freezer bag first.
